tic tac toe

this game.

you know how to win, you know how to lose. you can speed it up or slow it down, make it a draw game even.
but often, it's all in your expectations/ imaginations or speculations.
you thought to have the lead will give you a better chance of controlling the game, you thought its easy to win, you thought.
every step marks a change and makes a change. short and quick.
beautiful and short-lived.
easy and less frills.
but leaves you in the unexpected when you least expect.
these all begins with half the possibility.

2 players. you and I.
2 results between us.

I await the smile in the end.
not for winning,
but for a completion of game.

(loving waste paper made carriers of take-away coffee. but I couldn't decide which holding hole to leave out when I had 3 cups. it looked better with 2)

growing up..

Dol's baby gave me 2 "high5s" (kick) today.. suddenly feel so close to the lil one. it's surreal, it's been a long journey. I can't wait to see bb :)

the last hazelnut latte of 2012

and yes, it just left. a year which left me with much memories to keep.
thank you 2012! it has been an exciting year.

I made good progression in work, renewed and found friendship, attended many more weddings and birthdays, shared many lovely moments of joy with others, travelled a whole lot more, lose my wisdom teeth(s) and gain much wisdom, felt more emotional then ever, aged unknowingly and definitely spent the year too quickly!

thank you 2012, you taught me a lot about life, I hope I'll make good use of it this 2013!

I wish for joy and good health to all I love. I wish for greater love and patience in every way. blessed year it shall be! :D

and i thank god for everything.
